On our walk back home, we noticed mounds of the road's compacted snow plowed to the side. This is the first collaborative project we've done without wheels.

- The Frozen Car Project
- Houghton, Michigan, United States
- Collaborative artists Mary Carothers and Sue Wrbican have used this blog to track the progress of freezing a 1978 Chevy Nova in a block of ice during January and February 2008. They worked with various groups of people such as students from Hancock High School and Michigan Technological University, the faculty and staff of MTU and government officials from the City of Houghton.
